Wakeful night carer required for 16 year old daughter with complex needs

We are looking for a wakeful night carer for any nights as parents covering all 7 , training provided for tracheostomy care , gastrostomy button feeds , medication and manual handling .
Sophie is verbal , is very intelligent and has a very out going hilarious personality!
This is a PHB package set shifts are 10pm-8am at 18.91ph.

Driving licence required – Yes
