Ventnor. Help getting dad up & odd jobs for mum

My parents are 86 & 84. Dad (86) has dementia both are quite frail and get about on wheeled walkers though neither can get about much. 
Mum tries to look after dad but ultimately need about 2 hours a week, twice a week from 12pm. (£15/hr) At times, especially during the summer, would need flexibility due to my changing schedule.  This can be discussed & I can be flexible too. 
General duties would be getting dad up, showering & dressing, and general tidying for mum, ie: hoover, filling dishwasher or hanging out washing. On occasions sitting with dad whilst I take mum out.
Please a female preferred as requested by my mother.
