Ventnor. Help getting dad up & odd jobs for mum

My parents are 86 and 84. Dad (86) has dementia both are quite frail and get about on wheeled walkers though neither can get about much. 
Mum tries to look after dad but ultimately need about 1-2 hours a week, twice a week from 12pm. (£15/hr) Hours will possibly increase in the future. During the summer, would need some flexibility due to my changing schedule.  Days to be discussed.
General duties would be getting dad up, showering dressing, and general tidying for mum, ie: a quick hoover, filling dishwasher or hanging out washing. On occasions sitting with dad whilst I take mum out.
Please a female preferred as requested by my mother.
