Support for 82 year old man living alone

I am looking for support for my father. He lives alone in Shalfleet. He gets out to socialise, although is lonely too. My immediate concern is that he struggles to plan and prepare nutritional meals adequately, and is overwhelmed by cleaning and tidying. He would benefit from a weekly visit to check on how much he is eating and general organisation.
