Regular monitoring and assistance for couple in thier 90s

Based in Northwood, Mum and Dad currently need help with meals and day to day activities to keep active and as independent as possible.
Mum is alert and chatty but now lonely as housebound and lost that rapport with Dad. She says she needs looking after. She is troubled by persistent vertigo and pains in her feet.
Dad has limited mobility, accompanied goes shopping, does washing up, is content and untroubled.
Looking for part or full time care for short walks, outings, trips to the supermarket, and daily observations and company.
Personal care may be required occasionally during illness instead of routine.
