Personal Assistant/Support Worker

I am looking for a PA/SW for 3 hours a week either Tuesdays or Fridays of going rate of £12.82 an hour, as I need support to help me loose weight and exercise more and to help me keep positive and motivated which then helps my Mental Health and Wellbeing on a positive level.
If you have a dog I wouldn't mind you bringing it for a walk with me out in the open air as I find it therapeutic for me.

I suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Mental Health, I have traits of Autism and ADHD, Asthma and Learning Difficulties.

If my main Support worker was off for a week would you be able to support me for that week if you have been given enough notice.
