Location: Freshwater
Hours: 14 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.82 per hour (£179.48 per week)
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and caring Personal Assistant to support an 80-year-old gentleman living in Freshwater.
The role involves accompanying him to church on Sundays and supporting him with walks on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Exact hours can be arranged by mutual agreement.
The gentleman lives with dementia and enjoys getting out and about for walks. He is independently mobile but requires support when out in the community, as he has previously become lost.
Requirements:
• Full driving licence required
• Reliable, patient and supportive approach
• Experience of supporting people with dementia would be beneficial
Additional Information:
• No pets in the home
• Non-smoking household
