Personal Assistant Required, Cowes, Isle of Wight

Monday to Friday: 1:00pm–3:00pm

We're looking for a reliable, friendly and patient PA to support a lovely gentleman in his early 70s, who has early on set Dementia and Alzheimer's, to enjoy his afternoons out in the community.

He is sociable, enjoys a good chat, has a great sense of humour, and loves football (especially Tottenham), bus rides, café visits, music, drives around the Island, bird watching and reminiscing about his life and family. He thrives on routine and enjoys spending time in familiar places with someone who is calm, reassuring and good company.

The role involves accompanying him on community outings, providing gentle encouragement and reassurance, supporting his safety, and helping him maintain his independence and quality of life. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for either a male PA or a confident, resilient female who is comfortable providing gentle guidance and maintaining clear boundaries. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
