Personal Assistant (PA) Required – Ventnor (Ref: SM 414575)

Hours: 9 hours per week
Location: Ventnor
Schedule: 7 days a week at £14.86 per hour (multiple applicants welcome )

We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a friendly lady living with dementia in her own home. The role involves supporting with daily routines and helping the client feel safe, comfortable, and reassured at home.
Duties include:
Morning support with washing and dressing
Breakfast preparation
Medication
Providing reassurance and building trust
There is also an opportunity to provide 2 hours per week @ £12.82 per hour supporting access to the community, including outings such as shopping or enjoying a coffee and cake.

The ideal candidate will be:
Compassionate, calm, and attentive
Reliable and patient, with a gentle approach
Confident supporting personal care
Able to provide consistent support to build trust

Essential requirements:
Access to a vehicle
Female applicants preferred (due to personal care needs)
Experience supporting people with dementia is desirable but not essential
