A couple living in Shanklin are seeking reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant support. The successful PA(s) will be supporting a husband and wife in their own home, where they live with their small dog.

Personal Assistant for Gentleman
3 hours per week (flexible)
Support is required within the home to assist with:
• Decluttering and organising household areas
• Motivation and emotional support
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• General practical support around the home
About the Individual
The gentleman experiences mental health and mobility difficulties resulting from cervical spondylitis, lumbar spine degeneration, arthritis and several prolapsed discs.
Essential Requirements
• Experience supporting people with mental health conditions
• Physically able to assist with household tasks
• Reliable, patient and encouraging approach
• Full driving licence

Female Personal Assistant for Lady
6 hours per week (flexible – preferably earlier in the day)
A lady living in Shanklin is seeking a female PA with a positive attitude and good sense of humour.
About Me
I enjoy arts and crafts and live with my husband and our gorgeous dog.
Support Required
• Accessing the community
• Maintaining home conditions
• Personal care support
• Promoting confidence, independence and wellbeing
The lady experiences mental health difficulties and would benefit from a supportive and understanding PA.
Essential Requirements
• Experience supporting people with mental health conditions
• Physically able to assist with household tasks
• Full driving licence
• Must like dogs
• Positive, reliable and friendly nature
Rate of pay: £16.47 per hour (Complex Care Rate)

This could suit one or two PA’s
