Lady in her 70’s would like support to access the community and to maintain her home environment.
She has a diagnosis of schizophrenia as such a understanding of mental health conditions would be desirable. She has several physical health conditions including osteoarthritis. This means she has limited mobility.
This lady would like support to:
Clean and maintain her home
Go shopping once/twice a week
No pets or smokers in the home
Driving licence is required
