PA support required for couple in Freshwater 28 hours a week (206771, 342214)

The gentleman requires daily support from a Personal Assistant to assist with getting up, dressing, and settling into bed. A total of 2 hours of support is needed each day: 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. The hourly rate is £14.14.
The lady requires Personal Assistant support to manage day‑to‑day personal care, as well as assistance in maintaining her home environment when she is unable to do so herself. She has a terminal brain tumour and has undergone surgery, with radiotherapy due to begin shortly. Since her operation, she has become increasingly frail and has experienced a loss of function on her right-hand side. This impacts her ability to complete fine motor tasks, and she experiences tremors and shakes which make it difficult to maintain grip on objects. Due to the progression of her illness, she anticipates that her needs will continue to increase over time.
Support Required:

Maintaining a Habitable Home Environment:
She currently relies on her family for assistance with household management tasks.

Managing and Maintaining Nutrition:
She requires support to ensure that groceries are ordered and delivered. She can complete some low‑level tasks independently; however, assistance is needed to ensure she has access to nutritious main meals.

Accessing Essential Facilities and Services in the Community:
She is dependent on others for support when accessing necessary services.

Safe Use of the Home Environment:
While she is able to stand from a seated position, her mobility is declining, making this increasingly difficult. Her altered perception also places her at heightened risk of falls.
