PA support required for couple in Freshwater 28 hours a week (206771, 342214)

The gentleman requires PA assistance to get up and dressed and put to bed each day. 2 hours a day, 1 hour AM and 1 hour PM daily. £14.14per hour.

The lady requires PA’s to support with day to day personal care, including support with her environment if she has not been able to look after herself. This lady has brain tumour which is terminal she has received surgery and due to start radiotherapy. Since her operation she has become frail and has lost some ability on her right-hand side, this has resulted in difficulties with fine motor tasks, she experiences tremors and shakes which can make it difficult for her to hold on to things. Due to the nature of her illness she expects that things are going to become more challenging, and her needs will likely increase.

Support Required:
Maintaining a Habitable Home Environment – She is reliant on her family to support with home management tasks.
Managing and Maintaining Nutrition – She requires support from her family to ensure that groceries are delivered, She can complete some low level tasks, however support is required to ensure that she has access to nutritious main meal.
Making Use of Necessary Facilities or Services in the Local community –she is reliant on support.
Being able to make use of the home safely – She can stand from seated but her mobility means that this is becoming more of a challenge. Due to her perception she is at heightened risk of falls.
