PA Support Required for a Gentleman in Newport for 5 Hours per Week
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to provide support for 5 hours per week in the Newport area. The individual enjoys watching television, discussing history and current affairs, and spending time in familiar surroundings. They dislike inconsistency, poor communication, and unexpected changes to routine.

They require support with accessing the community, attending local amenities, correspondence and paperwork, shopping, household organisation, practical tasks, and companionship. They have a keen interest in history and enjoy conversation and social interaction. They would like support to be provided in a calm, patient, respectful, and person-centred manner that promotes choice, independence, and dignity.

The individual has a progressive neurological condition which significantly affects mobility and independence. They use a wheelchair for mobility and rely on others for transfers and daily living support. Due to fatigue and the impact of their condition, plans may need to be flexible and adapted to their needs on the day.
