PA Support Required – Brighstone, 17 hours per week (SM 148504)

Support is required for a 59-year-old gentleman living in Brighstone.
About the Role:
This gentleman has a condition similar to Parkinson’s and requires patient, experienced support with daily living tasks. The role includes:

Assistance with safely accessing and exiting the shower
Support with dressing (including help with zips and buttons)
Support with nutrition, including occasional assistance with feeding
Support to access the community to promote mental health and wellbeing

Hours Available:

Morning: 1 hour, 7 days a week (personal care, dressing, nutrition)
Lunch: 1 hour, 7 days a week (nutrition support)
Community Access: 3 hours per week
This role may suit a team of PA’s – multiple applicants welcome

Requirements:
Patience and understanding nature
Awareness/understanding of mental health
Full driving licence required (for community access support)

Additional Information:

Pets in the home (rescue dog and cat)

Rate of Pay:

£14.57 per hour
