PA support for Lady

We are looking for a PA to help care for my elderly mother. She is 88 years old, recently widowed, very hard of hearing, asthmatic and very frail with limited mobility. She has been in hospital for the last two weeks having been admitted with a chest infection.
Initially, we will need a carer to do 3 visits per day; morning, lunchtime and evening.
The tasks that will be required for each of the 3 visits are as follows:
Morning visit:
Assist with getting out of bed, toileting, washing & dressing.
Preparing & serving breakfast (including a hot drink).
Washing up & packing away the dishes etc afterwards.
Assisting Mum to ensure any prescribed medication is correctly taken.

Lunchtime visit:
Preparing & serving lunch (will usually be a hot cooked meal).
Washing up & packing away the dinner things.
Making & serving a hot drink.
Assist with toileting if needed.

Evening visit:
Preparing & serving a light tea (for example, sandwiches, crisps, a hot drink & biscuits or cake etc.)
Assist with toileting.
Ensure Mum is safely & comfortably in bed before leaving.
The tasks & duration of each visit described above can be discussed & agreed with applicants prior to starting.
