PA Support required for a 41yearold gentleman with learning disabilities and autism is seeking a patient, reliable, and understanding male personal assistant to support him with accessing community-based activities.
He requires significant reassurance, clear communication, and repetition to help him feel comfortable, particularly when experiencing new situations or changes to routine.
The role involves providing onetoone support during activities he enjoys, including swimming, cinema trips, bowling, and mini-golf.
This position is for 4 hours per week on alternate Tuesdays and Sundays, paid at £12.82 per hour. The ideal candidate will be calm, consistent, and committed to helping him build confidence and enjoy meaningful leisure activities within his community.
