PA Support for 12 Hours – Young Gentleman in Ryde 378018 CD

This young Gentleman has a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, Sensory difficulties, unexplained fainting episodes, Hyperacusis, poor fine motor skills and sleep issues.

This gentleman previously had support from his mum, however she is now unable to help, without this support, he will not be able to continue to engage in 6th Form, personal care tasks, dressing, personal grooming, eating and drinking, daily organisational skills, someone to recognise when he is unwell, call for medical assistance if he has a fainting episode.

This gentleman requires support to manage and sustain daily living. Without guidance and 1:1 support and constant supervision during the core daily hours as otherwise he is at risk of self-neglect and keeping himself safe as well as being unable to sustain his extended education at the Island 6th form and get himself there on time and correct transport without guidance and support.

The support he requires is for 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays form 6-8am at personal care rate of £14.14 and 4-8pm via non personal care rate of £12.82.
