A Personal Assistant is required to support a friendly 21-year-old young woman with developmental delay and Keratoconus, which causes a moderate visual impairment.
The role involves supporting her to access the community, build confidence, and develop a social life outside of college. She is looking for someone encouraging, patient, and motivating who can help her identify activities and opportunities she may enjoy.
Duties will include:
• Supporting access to community activities and social opportunities
• Encouraging independence and confidence building
• Helping develop ideas for activities and hobbies
• Providing companionship and motivation
The ideal PA will be kind, reliable, and able to build a positive and supportive working relationship.
