PA required for gentleman in his 20’s in Ryde for 5 hours per week (SM 36948)

I am 27-year-old gentleman with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. I live an active lifestyle who likes sports and spends most of my days outside the home. I enjoy participating in a variety of activities which include Care in the Garden, Jujitsu and attending the Gym a few days a week. I like to keep fit and healthy. Managing my lifestyle is a priority to me ensuring I eat the right meals and exercises regularly. I would like to also enhance my confidence and independence to learn new daily living skills.
Support required:
I am seeking support from a PA to help me access the community to maintain my active lifestyle but to also support with going shopping, social support, and learn new skills when at home. I would like someone who is slightly older than me but with similar interests.
