Female PA for Personal Hygiene & Care

I am a 29 years old, autistic have a mild learning disability and have multiple physical disabilities. I am currently in a wheelchair but can walk short distances. I will require help showering, safely moving around my home, going to appointments, and help with preparing meals approximately for x2 hours a day, once in the morning and once at night. The applicant will need to be fully insured and have a current up to date DBS Check with x2 references.
