Cooking and Baking support needed

I’m a 56 year old woman, with 3 grown up children. My middle son lives with me, but he works full time. I have a little dog called Arnie, he is very important to me. I suffer with Bi-polar disorder and I’ve lost my skills in cooking and baking since being ill for a long time and would like some support on getting them back. Support specifically needed around cooking and baking (maybe popping to shop to buy ingredients)
