Carer required for lunchtime visit

Care required for elderly lady in Brighstone with Moderate Dementia. Has always been independent and has a pleasant manner , is accepting and grateful of care which has been part of her routine ( gradually increasing ) for past 4 years.
As part of a rota which is currently covered by predominately other PAs and some care agency we would like to add in an extra daily visit.
We would like care at the lunchtime period for 30-45 mins stating between 12 and 2pm.

Tasks include:-
Offering and preparing a very light snack ( crackers. sandwich , soup) offering a drink hot or cold. Supervising to start eating and drinking.
Ensuring hygiene -strong prompting and supervision to ensure continence products are changed.
Orientation and checking for general wellbeing, providing reassurance. Stimulation and engaging in conversation.
Get to know person and be able to encourage a little engagement in meaningful activities in a small way depending ability on the day, for example, viewing garden, looking at newspaper, turning on TV or music on leaving.

Flexible days and possibility of making this visit longer duration

Hours per week – 30 minutes per day but Up to 5 hours per week

Hourly rate – £18.00
