Carer

I am looking for a part-time carer for my partner who is 87 and has dementia. I am her main carer but I work 2 days a week from home and also like to have a break and so I'm looking for someone to take her out for a coffee, haircut, trip to town or just to keep her company at home. Hours are completely flexible but ideally would be 1-4pm ish during weekdays (it can be different on different days). She uses a wheelchair when she goes out and so the ideal person would have a car that is able to accommodate a wheelchair, and someone with experience of helping an elderly person in and out of the car into a wheelchair. She can also walk short distances with a walking frame. She may also need help with getting on and off the toilet.
We are moving from the mainland to Shanklin on 24th July and looking for some help after that.
She is a fun person to be with who enjoys life, and we are looking for a happy companion to help her to enjoy her new life on the IoW.
We have two lovely gentle dogs who also look forward to meeting you.
