Urgent Personal Assistant Support Required - Thursday Tea Time Call

Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: Thursdays at 4:00pm for 1 hour
Support Required: 2 Personal Assistants
Driver's Licence: Not required

We are seeking two kind, reliable and compassionate Personal Assistants to provide support to a friendly lady in her own home. She is mentally alert, enjoys conversation and social interaction, and values a warm, person-centred approach to her care.

The role involves supporting with:

Personal care
Toileting
Meal preparation
Safe mobility and transfers using a Sara Stedy transfer aid

Due to the level of support required, all moving and handling tasks must be carried out by two carers to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times.

The ideal candidates will be patient, respectful and dependable, with a commitment to promoting independence, dignity and comfort. Good communication skills and a consistent approach are essential, as building a trusting and positive relationship is important.
