7 hours per week support required in Newport – Self-funding

I am a 85 year old gentleman who lives alone in Newport. I am currently receiving reablement support but this is due to come to an end and I require some low level ongoing long term support.
It is important for me to be supported by someone I can build a rapport and trust with, I would prefer someone with experience in working in the care sector and working with people who have mental health conditions. I am very independent but in order to maintain my independence I require support with personal care, washing/dressing and catheter care. In addition, I would benefit from support with preparing breakfast and a sandwich for lunch time and checking I have taken my morning medication.
I may require occasional support with shopping and accessing the community.

Hours per week – 7 hours per week - 1 hour AM 7 days a week, time is flexible

Hourly rate – £15ph
