A Personal Assistant is required to support an 18-year-old young man with Down Syndrome who lives in Newport.
The role involves supporting him to access the community and take part in activities he enjoys. He is looking for a friendly, reliable PA to support him with social opportunities and help him build independence and confidence while having fun.
Activities may include:
• Going to the pub
• Trips to the beach
• Attending social events such as Wild Wednesdays
• Accessing community activities and social opportunities
The ideal PA will be patient, outgoing, and enjoy supporting young people to engage socially and take part in activities in the community.
