2-4 hours/week Ventnor. Dad with advanced dementia, mum limited mobility

My parents are 86 and 84. Dad (86) Dad has advanced stage dementia and uses a wheelchair and aids to move from chair to bed etc. mum has a wheeled walker.
Mum is able to make lunch, do few chores as long as she can do it sitting on walker and gets tired very quickly.
Hours 2-4 a week. 1 hour from 11/12pm to get dad washed (bed bath) and dressed, twice a week and 2 x half hour to 3/4 hour evenings to toilet dad & get him into bed (£16/hr). Days would be bed time on a Thursday and showering Friday & bed time Friday evening. (Times can be discussed but from 11/12pm and 8pm preferably) And the same on Sunday through to Monday.
General duties would be getting dad up, showering dressing, and 1-2 evening calls to get dad to bed. General tidying for mum, ie: filling dishwasher or hanging out washing, just a tidy up. On occasions sitting with dad whilst mum out.
