Young Lady in Wootton Support with Paperwork (29759) LKM

PA required for 3 hours per week for support to with managing letters and correspondence and to support individual to go shopping.
Individual is a young mother of two with a diagnosis of Goldenhar syndrome and VATER syndrome. She was born deaf and uses British Sign Language and Lip reading to communicate.

PA will ideally be trained in British Sign Language. PA will need to support with phone calls, correspondence and with carrying out the weekly shopping with the individual.
3 hours a week on Wednesday or Friday Mornings
