Young gentleman needs PA Support. 6 hours per week (26457 CD)

This gentleman is non-verbal but he lets you know exactly what he is thinking with his facial expressions. He relies fully on support for all aspects of personal care. He also needs two people to help him with dinner and to get him washed and ready for bed. He has learning disabilities, cerebral palsy and severe visual impairment, he is also a wheelchair user. He does however know his routine and will help as much as he can.
He has excellent facilities, which are self-contained, but his family are around if needed. His family are very supportive.
Full training will be given to help you understand my personal needs and routine.

Support required: 6 hours per week respite is required to give family a break. Evening or weekend preferred. Days and times can be discussed.
6 respite hours a week – 1 P.A (flexible times) @ £11.95 per hour
