Young Adult

I am a 30-year-old, happy young man and I live at home with my parents and two younger siblings.
I have complex health needs, Learning disability, ASD and limited mobility. My parents currently provide all my care and support, taking me out to the beach, out for walks, and much more. I enjoy all these but would like to try some new social activities involving other like minded people. Ideally my PA would be kind ,caring and upbeat previouse exprerince with Epilepsy would be helpful but training will be offered.
this is to support me whilst I attend the Learning Disability support centre in Newport. Enable me to feel safe during the session and oversee any care that may be required during that time.
Further specialist training will be provided to the successful applicant.
