Urgent PA support required for a gentleman in St. Helens Ryde, 4 calls a day (305271 PAM)

This gentleman lives in a bungalow and prior to a recent hospital admission was able to manage most tasks independently.

Due to the gentlemen’s Parkinson’s diagnosis, he requires care calls and Parkinson medications to be given at 7am, 11am and 3pm daily – must be at stated times.
This gentleman has Parkinson's and a Speech impediment, due to this, he requires time, patience and understanding allow time to answer questions and communicate.

7AM call – 45 mins: To support with personal care routine including shower, support with dressing needs, toileting needs, nutritional needs and medication management.

11am call – 30 mins - To support with nutritional needs, some toileting needs and medication management.

3pm call – 30 mins - To support with nutritional needs, some toileting needs and medication management.

PM call – 30 mins - To support with toileting needs, some personal care and assistance to go to bed. Nutritional needs and medication management.
