URGENT – PA SUPPORT – NEWPORT (83098) PA MARKET- CB

Urgent emergency support required due to sickness – From Tomorrow 25/04/2024 until further notice.

The current PA has a broken rib and is unable to support the client. The PA has tried to find cover but has so far been unsuccessful.
The PA supports the gentleman for 16 hours per week within the below hours @£11.95 per hour

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday usually in the mornings. The PA also calls the gentleman daily at 7.15PM for a medication and wellbeing check. This is 100% required for his mental health.

The PA supports him by encouraging him to access the community, walk the dog, domestic tasks, encourage him to prepare meals and prompt his personal care.

This is a 62 year old gentleman who lives alone in his own flat. There is a cat and a dog in the property and the gentleman very much enjoys their company. He likes wood work and is building a work bench in his bedroom to store his tools. He enjoys attending the riverside centre 1x a week on a Thursday and enjoys accessing the community with his PA for walks and social interaction.
16 hours a week PA support provided by the PA @ £11.95 per hour £191.20
