Lady with long term medical condition requires some support to undertake a shower each week, strip bed and do laundry, also to assist with some cleaning and carry out some shopping for her.
Needs support as soon as possible as has no other care in place and is housebound.
4 hours a week will be needed to cover over a couple of days each week, days and times can be discussed on meeting.
