Dynamic PA sought for young man in Newport to access the community and manage physical and mental well-being
PA needed to support a non smoking man for two afternoons (4 hours each day) during the week and one afternoon on Saturday or Sunday (4 hours) plus one evening (3 hours) on the weekend.
Main activities are forest/beach walks, accessing activities in the community and planning and helping to cook healthy vegetarian meals.
A keen interest in music and dance would be great. Must like being active outdoors.
Rate £15 per hour
