Support to access community (409210) LKM

I am a 78-year-old lady looking for a personal assistant to support me to access the community.
I used to enjoy walking but my mobility isn’t so great now. I can get around my home independently but use a wheelchair when out in the community. I would need someone to support me with this as I am unable to mange the wheelchair on my own. I would like to get in the fresh air and to see some people.
I enjoy playing games on my mobile phone. I watch tele, I like to watch sport and enjoy watching films

Support Required:

I am looking for a personal assistant to support me to access the community for 3 hours each week.
I would like to go for walk and see the sea and go to local cafes. I use a wheelchair when out in the community so would need my Personal Assistant to push me along as I am unable to mobilise when outside.

Pay will be £11.95 per hour

I do not have any pets and am a nonsmoker.

Additional Information:

Arthritis in Legs and hands, shoulders
Polymyalgia in shoulders arms and hips – this can be painful
Generally get tired quickly as a result of my health conditions
