Support required to assist a gentleman in Ryde with accessing the community LWEH03241327 DW

Gentleman in Ryde requires assistance with paperwork ,and assistance to access the community to be able to collect his medication amongst other things and maybe join groups . Looking for 2-3 hours a fortnight to start with is flexible with hours and days to be arranged on meeting
Gentleman has ,Asperger`s , and Anxiety so someone with experience of LD would be preferred.
He does suffer with his mental health at times and can have some sensory issues and some communication difficulties ,so being able to get out to groups ect with support would be good for him .
Does have pet spiders in the home
