Self Employed PA required in Newport

Self Employed PA required in Newport for my 84 year old mother.
One hour per day to give a hot meal & medication. Lunchtimes about 1pm preferred, but can be 5pm or 5:30pm start.
Help to shower minimum twice a week (extra hour on these days). Make sure she is clean & in clean clothes.
May occasionally need help toileting & help to dress.
Mum does have a cleaner come once a week, but you may be required to change bed, laundry & carry out light cleaning duties.
She has a cat & is a non smoker.
