Personal Carer/PA assistant wanted

My Father is now 88 & lives alone in West Cowes. My Mother passed away in January of this year, they had been married for 62 years.
Dad is physically active but have suffered two TIA's over the last few years& is beginning to become more confused.
2 hours per day one in morning one in the evening to help with food preparation & medication would be ideal
