Personal care support for elderly lady

Looking for support with a 95 year old lady living with family (& dog) in her own home, very deaf, recently diagnosed with Dementia, able to speak, read, & follow instructions, mobilises with a Wheeled Zimmer frame (approximately 20 meters), able to transfer independently. Equipment in situ, riser recliner, profile bed, shower chair, level access shower.
Wanted for support with morning wash & dress (after 10am) & an afternoon toileting visit (between 2-3pm) whilst main carer is at work. Work days, Mon-fri (occasional Saturday).
Gurnard area, parking available. £15 per hour. Previous care experience preferred.
