Personal care & cooking for diabetic lady in Ryde

My mother is 95, diabetic and can only move slowly with a walking frame. She has not been diagnosed with dementia, but is currently undergoing NHS assessment as she is increasingly confused. She needs close supervision with medicines, and observation and assistance with personal care. She needs surgical stockings putting on every day, cereal for breakfast and a cooked evening meal. Ideal times for visits would be about 10 or 11 a.m., for an hour or one and a half hours, and another hour in the evening, about six o'clock. Timings fairly flexible. Family will fill gaps caused by holiday, sickness etc.
My mother has no pets, and would not want any animals brought into her home.
