Personal Assistant required must have experience with Dementia.

Personal Assistant required to support 79 year old gentleman with Alzheimers and Spinal Stenosis with personal care such as washing, shaving, dressing, changing continence products.
Also to support wife with changing bed sheets and light household tasks as required.
Occasional evening sits and possible longer day time sits to allow wife to continue accessing social opportunities outside of the home.
Experience in moving and handling essential as the gentleman requires support with transfers.
Desirable but not essential for PA to have some interest in Sports, Arts and Wildlife to aid conversation and building a rapport with this gentleman.

Hours per week – One hour per day in the evening with some flexibility on time. Longer sits for 4 hours on Mondays and Saturdays 10am to 1pm.

Hourly rate – £15 per hour
