Personal assistant required for companionship and help with day to day tasks.

I am looking for a kind, reliable and supportive personal assistant to help my 57 year old sister who has a mild learning disability and anxiety and depression. She will require help with day to day tasks and social activities. This is a part time role approximately 10 hours per week, driving licence essential.
You will be providing one on one support to help with light household duties (cleaning, tidying, shopping and simple meal preparation). Encouraging and supporting social interaction and helping build social confidence and independence.
My sister is a very gentle, kind hearted lady who is very easy to get along with, however she has been extremely socially isolated for many years. She is someone who requires a lot of motivation and prompting to complete basic tasks, this is partly l due to her learning disability as well as difficult life events that have set her back with regards to her life skills. Therefore, an ideal candidate would be: Preferably female, experience with learning disabilities would be a bonus but not essential. Having the patience and understanding to continually encourage her to complete necessary tasks and partake in socialising is essential. Due to her social isolation she will need someone to help her find out what it is she actually enjoys doing, and promoting activities that are good for mental health such as walking, colouring etc.
