Personal Assistant Needed – Supporting 14 year old SEN girl

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support my 14 year old daughter, who has Autism and ADHD. She is a very bright, intelligent with strong academic ability, but she struggles emotionally and socially, often keeping her feelings bottled up for weeks/months.

She would really benefit from:

Positive social engagement and fun activities
A safe, trusted adult to confide in, building a supportive friendship over time
Gentle guidance around everyday safety, such as crossing roads and navigating the environment
Encouragement to express herself in healthy ways

The right person will be:

Patient, calm, and understanding
Someone who can create a safe space for her to talk when she wants to
Friendly and reliable, with the ability to balance fun with gentle support
Respectful of her quiet nature, but able to draw her out in a positive, sensitive way

This role is less about formal care and more about companionship, fun, caring for her mental health and offering emotional support.
