PERSONAL ASSISTANT for elderly lady with mobility issues

I need some help with dressing and bathing in my home and putting 'ready-wraps' on my legs and feet. I am able to walk with sticks and/or a rollator. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy which mostly affects my feet and walking ability.
