Personal Assistant

I am 20 year old female.
I am looking for support to do with my mental health and daily living activities such as, food shopping, planning and building routines and getting out in the community more. I would want support to help finish getting my flat together, such building flat pack furniture, going to buy things I need, carpet shop exc. Also sometimes attending appointments.
