Personal Assistant

Elderly gentlemen living alone and with Alzheimer’s in rural location, in need of daily support.

Following a period in hospital and a decline in cognitive function and loss of driving licence, support is now needed to allow him to continue to live independently.

Support with taking medication, ensuring daily meals are taken, alongside light household tasks, company and support getting around. The picture is emerging and this may not cover all duties.

Genders which may apply for this job – Any

Hours per week – Mon- Fri with some occasional weekend working. Anticipated 2-3 hours per day .

Hourly rate – To be negotiated

Area – Central Isle of Wight, Sandown

Driving licence required – Yes
