PA Support with Paperwork & Accessing the Community (97537) LKM

The gentleman is living with severe anxiety, ADHD, autism and dyslexia. He was living with his foster father who was providing care and support until he recently passed away. The gentleman has since stayed in the family home and is requiring some support to build life skills and maintain a habitable home.
Due to his autism and anxiety, he struggles to socialise or join any groups and finds it difficult to travel independently. Catching a bus creates severe anxiety for him. He will occasionally meet one of his friends, however, will spend the rest of his time in his bedroom gaming.
His wishes are to remain as independent as possible and to find a flat in the west wight area to build a home of his own. He requires support to manage his paperwork and finances and encourage building relationships and accessing the community

6 hours per week ideally spilt over 3 days can be flexible with days and times
