Lady is alcohol dependent and diabetic, PA support required to help with cooking & eating regularly, ensuring personal care needs are being met, prompting to change clothing regularly & attend appointments/groups/health appointments and making sure that she uses her walking frame correctly and that the risk of falling is minimised.

1x small friendly dog at property.

3 hours PA support @ £13.86 per hour.
