PA Support required for lady in Shanklin - 125758 CD

This lady is deemed to have full capacity but at times does struggle to understand things and needs help with these things being explained to her.

PA Support requested:
AM - 1 x PA - 1 hour (7 days a week) - To encourage / prompt personal care, undressing / dressing, assist with making a main meal ready to be heated in the evening and light domestic tasks.
AM - 1 x PA - 2 hours extra on a Friday ONLY - To take Sam shopping and complete light domestic duties.
