PA Support Required for lady in Sandown – 84569 CD
Female PA to support 56 year old lady living in Sandown for 3 hours a week and would like the carer to be available either:
- Tuesday's after 1pm
- Thursday's after 2pm.
She would like support with food shopping, accessing the community, lunch out, help with planning trips if it is to places she is unfamiliar with, and give her confidence with this.
This lady has also been advised by her Diabetes nurse that she needs to engage in regular exercise and would like support and encouragement to engage in walks (she stated in warmer months) and swimming but feels she needs support to provide her with the confidence to achieve these goals.
